Next Generation - Eddie Napleton and his siblings

Eddie Napleton has three sons that will hopefully one day take the same interest in the automotive industry and their families business.  Of the three boys, he even has another Eddie Napleton Jr to carry on the Edward Napleton Name. Eddie's siblings also have children that could enter the business one day and help carry on their great great grandpa's legacy and values.  Going on the 5^th generation of Napletons, you have to wonder if Edward W Napleton would have ever imagined his original service station, and Desoto dealership would turn into the amazing organization it is today.  Employing over 3500 employees across America. 

 

What came after Honda for Eddie Napleton?

After his long time working at Honda and growing in his knowledge of automotive and learning about his families business, Eddie Napleton Moved to Florida for a few years.  That trip afforded him the ability to get to know the  group from a different market and perspective.  After a couple years in Florida, Eddie Napleton Jr. returned home to Chicago with a new perspective and understanding of the family business.  Fortunately for Eddie, his father Edward Napleton has been there to relay all the valuable lessons he has learned over the years as president of the company.  Under Eddie's father Edward Napleton's leadership, Napleton Automotive has grown to levels never dreamed of.  A top 15 Automotive Dealer Group in the nation, and award winning company based on their customer service. It leaves one to wonder what Edward W Napleton would think if he saw the business as it is today.
